Schedule Your Shadow Day
Three steps: complete your academy’s application, submit the request form, then email your Academy Director to set the date.
Step 1 — Complete the Application ($99 — required before a Shadow Day can be scheduled)
Hockey — 2027–28: Complete the Hockey Academy application → (enrollment closes April 1, 2027)
Soccer — 2026–27 second semester: Complete the Soccer Academy application → (register by December 1, 2026)

Step 3 — Email Your Academy Director
Email your Academy Director directly to request your Shadow Day date. They will confirm the day with you by email.

Shadow Days run on school days, Monday–Thursday, September through December 10, 2026. Hockey: 7:50 AM drop-off – 3:30 PM pickup at the front main entrance of the Centene Community Ice Center. Soccer: 7:30 AM drop-off – 3:10 PM pickup at the front main entrance of World Wide Technology Soccer Park.
