How we collect, use, and protect your family's information. Effective July 5, 2026.
TPH St. Louis operates the Hockey Academy at the Centene Community Ice Center in Maryland Heights and the Soccer Academy at World Wide Technology Soccer Park in Fenton, as part of TPH Academy. This policy explains what information we collect through tphstlouis.com and how we use it.
We collect only the information families choose to submit through this website:
This website does not use advertising trackers and does not set tracking cookies of its own. The optional video on our hockey page loads from YouTube only if you choose to play it, and is subject to YouTube's own policies.
Information you submit is used for one purpose: the admissions relationship between your family and TPH St. Louis — responding to your inquiry, scheduling and confirming Shadow Days, and communicating with you about our programs. Submissions are delivered to the appropriate academy staff and recorded in the tools we use to run the academy.
Your information is seen by TPH St. Louis staff and processed by the established services that operate our website and academy: Netlify (website hosting and form handling), Google Workspace (email and calendar), HubSpot (our family relationship records), and LeagueApps (applications, registration, and family accounts, under LeagueApps' own privacy policy).
We never sell your information, and we never share it for marketing purposes.
Our forms are intended to be completed by parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13 through this website. Student information on this site — names, photos, and achievements — is published with family permission.
To review, update, or delete information you've submitted, or to request removal of a student's name or photo from this website, contact PMcRae@TPHAcademy.com. We will respond promptly.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
